Yoga For Back Pain

It is important to treat patients with spinal pain in a multidisciplinary approach. As well as medication or a procedure it is also important to include exercise and physiotherapy into your pain management plan.

One of the best exercises you can do is yoga, especially gentle yoga, for severe back pain. The aim is to move with function and ease. Always consult with your GP, physiotherapist or specialist before undertaking any exercise.
